Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We do not issue tickets. We will have your name on the passenger list. Save your confirmation e-mail just in case.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. If the Captain cancels due to weather conditions, full refund will be automatically issued to the original method of payment.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, you can transfer your reservation to another person.

What should I wear to the event?

Wear comfortable shoes, sunblock, hat, extra layer in case it gets cold on the water.
